We deliver across Kenya using our trusted courier partners: Speedaf and G4S.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday to Saturday).

• Delivery Time:

  • Nairobi & major towns: 1–2 business days

  • Other regions: 2–4 business days (depending on location and courier availability)

• Delivery Partners:

  • Speedaf for fast and affordable delivery in urban and rural areas.

  • G4S for secure pickups at their designated offices nationwide.

• Shipping Fees: KSh200- KSh300 depending on your location.

🚦 Delivery Options

You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout:

• Doorstep Delivery (via Speedaf): Our rider delivers straight to your home or office.

• G4S Pickup: Collect your package at your nearest G4S office. You'll receive an SMS with collection details.

✅ Accepted Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Perishables, innerwear, clearance items, or anything marked as "final sale."

• Any item damaged due to misuse or not in its original condition.

📦 Return Process

1. Contact our support via WhatsApp or Call with your order number.

2. We’ll confirm your return request and give you a return address or pickup instructions.

3. Send the item using Speedaf or G4S (you may cover return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.
